Dan Kennedy
Dan Kennedy, originally from New Zealand, has called Austin home for over 12 years. With an extensive background in real estate, Dan has successfully bought and sold over $25 million in multifamily and single-family properties throughout the Austin area. Prior to his real estate investments, Dan spent five years as a general contractor, specializing in building custom homes.
For the past five years, Dan has owned and operated a property management company, overseeing the management of over $200 million in assets. His deep understanding of the real estate lifecycle—from acquisition to asset stabilization—enables him to deliver consistent, high-quality returns for investors. Dan's diverse experience positions him as a trusted leader in Austin's real estate market, committed to maximizing value for both residents and stakeholders.
